By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order, making a payment, booking a consultation, purchasing a digital product, or registering for a ritual, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or purchase any Karmikvault offering.

Our Offerings
Karmikvault offers both physical products and services.
Some products, including crystals, may be sourced from external suppliers. Such products are selected and consecrated by Karmikvault before being offered to customers.
All products and services are provided as described on the website, through official communication, or during the purchase or booking process.
Karmikvault reserves the right to:
Modify, update, suspend, or discontinue an offering
Change prices, descriptions, or availability
Limit the quantity of products or registrations
Decline an enquiry, order, booking, or service request
Make reasonable changes to an offering where necessary
Enquiries, Orders, and Acceptance
Submitting an enquiry, order, payment, or appointment request does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
Karmikvault reserves the right to review and accept or decline any request at its discretion.
This is particularly applicable to consultations, past-life decodes, and other personalised services. Such services are undertaken only when Karmikvault determines that the request is appropriate and receives the necessary internal or spiritual guidance to proceed.
An order or service request shall be considered confirmed only after:
The request has been accepted by Karmikvault;
The required payment has been received; and
Confirmation has been communicated through an official Karmikvault channel.
Karmikvault is not obligated to provide a service merely because an enquiry or payment request has been initiated.
Product Information
Karmikvault makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, quantities, and other information are accurate.
However:
Product colours may vary depending on the customer’s device or screen.
Natural crystals may vary in colour, shape, size, texture, inclusions, and appearance.
Natural variations in crystals are not considered defects.
Product images may be representative and may not show the exact item received.
Consecration and energetic preparation are part of the offering but do not guarantee a particular personal outcome.
Oils
All Karmikvault oils are intended for external use only, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Oils must not be ingested. Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes, and sensitive areas. Customers should perform a patch test before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Karmikvault is not responsible for reactions resulting from misuse, improper application, ingestion, failure to follow instructions, or use contrary to the product description.
Payments
Karmikvault currently accepts payment through:

Bank transfer
Karmikvault does not currently accept:
Credit card payments
Cash payments
Cash on delivery
Any payment method not expressly approved by Karmikvault
Payment must be made in full before an order, digital product, consultation, or ritual registration is confirmed.
An order or request will not be treated as confirmed until payment has been successfully received and acknowledged by Karmikvault.
Shipping and Delivery
Karmikvault currently ships physical products within India only.
Customers located outside India must independently arrange for delivery through an Indian address or a representative located in India.
Karmikvault is not responsible for international forwarding, overseas delivery, customs clearance, import duties, or arrangements made by the customer after delivery to the provided Indian address.
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
Product availability
Order volume
Shipping-partner timelines
Public holidays
Weather conditions
Operational disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete address details
Circumstances beyond Karmikvault’s reasonable control
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
All cancellation, refund, return, exchange, appointment-rescheduling, and damaged-product rules are governed by Karmikvault’s separate:

The Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and must be reviewed before making a purchase, booking a consultation, purchasing a digital product, or registering for a ritual.
The detailed rules relating to eligibility, cancellations, refunds, returns, exchanges, damaged products, missed appointments, digital products, and ritual registrations are provided exclusively in that separate policy.
Consultations and Past-Life Decodes
Consultations and past-life decodes are conducted online.
Appointment requests must be made through WhatsApp. A request does not guarantee an appointment. Karmikvault provides these services only when the request has been accepted and confirmation has been communicated through an official Karmikvault channel.
The normal waiting period for a consultation slot may be up to 30 days.
Urgent consultations may be available at a different price and are accepted only where Karmikvault considers the situation genuinely urgent. Urgent availability is not guaranteed.
All cancellation, rescheduling, missed-appointment, late-joining, and refund rules are governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Call consultations are not recorded by Karmikvault.
Where a written consultation or report is purchased, the report will be delivered in the format and within the timeline communicated at the time of purchase.
Digital Products
Digital products may include PDFs, written reports, guides, documents, or other digitally delivered material.
Digital products are generally requested through WhatsApp. After the request is accepted and payment is received, the digital product will be delivered through the communication method specified by Karmikvault.
Digital products are provided for the purchaser’s personal use only.
Unless expressly permitted in writing by Karmikvault, digital products may not be:
Resold
Reproduced
Republished
Shared publicly
Distributed to third parties
Uploaded to websites or platforms
Used for commercial purposes
Modified and presented as the purchaser’s own work
All refund and cancellation rules relating to digital products are governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Rituals and Group Registrations
Karmikvault may offer group rituals, anushthaans, energetic practices, and other spiritual registrations.
A ritual registration is considered confirmed once:
The registration has been accepted by Karmikvault;
Payment has been received; and
Confirmation has been communicated.
Rituals are generally conducted as group offerings according to the date, format, and details communicated at the time of registration.
Individual participation, personal attendance, or a specific individual outcome cannot be guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
All cancellation and refund rules relating to rituals and group registrations are governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
