And look at the outcome.
One more reminder that a compatibility score cannot protect a marriage.
This may sound controversial, but it needs to be said:
Gun Milan is one of the most misunderstood tools in Vedic astrology.
People treat it like the final answer.
It isn’t.
Families reject marriages because only 16 Gunas matched.
Others celebrate because 27 or 30 Gunas matched.
And yet…
people with “perfect compatibility” still experience betrayal, divorce, suffering and heartbreak.
Because Gun Milan does not answer the questions that actually determine the destiny of a relationship.
It doesn’t tell you:
- Why these two souls met.
- What karmic debt exists between them.
- Whether this is a soulmate connection or a karmic lesson.
- Whether the relationship supports both souls’ dharma.
- What wounds and triggers this relationship will awaken.
- Whether the relationship is meant for marriage… or merely for growth.
- Whether there are patterns of obsession, dependency or destructive attachment.
- What each soul has come to teach the other.
- Whether this bond carries unfinished karma from another lifetime.
And most importantly…
Is this person your destiny… your lesson… or both?
This is why I don’t stop at Gun Milan.
I study:
🔭 Relationship Karma
🔭 Karmic Compatibility
🔭 Past-Life Debts
🔭 Marriage Destiny
🔭 The Navamsha (D9)
🔭 The 7th house and its afflictions
🔭 Rahu’s karmic entanglements
🔭 The soul contract between two people
Because marriage is not a mathematical score out of 36.
It is a karmic agreement between two souls.
A person can be highly compatible on paper…
and still become your greatest karmic lesson.
Before asking:
“How many Gunas matched?”
Ask a far more important question:
“What karma am I signing up for?”
Because the person you marry doesn’t just share your future.
They become one of the greatest karmic influences of your life.
📌 If you’re considering marriage, don’t stop at Gun Milan.
📌 Understand the karma, the lessons and the destiny of the relationship.
Because compatibility can create a marriage.
But only karma explains why two souls were brought together in the first place.
